Hazel Jeanette Maddison, 86, of Chariton, died Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at Chariton Nursing and Rehab in Chariton. A funeral service will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 25 at Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax, with burial following at McKeever Cemetery. Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
