To the editor,
As an employee of the Jasper County Recorder’s Office I would like to give some insight into working with Denise Allan and her work ethic in the recorder’s office.
Denise worked in the auditor’s office for 20 years, and has a wealth of knowledge she has carried over to our office. She worked with the public and also assisted the abstractors and attorneys. She worked with legal descriptions and transferring parcels of land. She also worked with the surveys submitted for recording and understands the legal descriptions.
Denise came to the recorder’s office three years ago and dug her heels into our busy season from the get go. She was and is interested in every aspect of our office and works well with the employees. It is important to Denise to understand, not only how something is done, but why it is done that way.
Denise is a compassionate person when working with the public to assist their needs. I have seen her go the extra mile to find the answers for the customer even when their questions are not directly associated with our office procedures.
It is my opinion that she would be a knowledgeable recorder and continue to serve the public of Jasper County in the very best manner possible. Her dedication to the county and our office has been proven time and time again.
