Local historian and researcher Tom Hoover speaks during the Historic Homes Walking Tour on Saturday morning. Using the former homes of Howard Snyder, E.H. Maytag and Fred Maytag II as a backdrop, Hoover shared the story of the Maytag family, Snyder and the Maytag Corporation.
