AMES (ISU) — Iowa State football fans should prepare to log on Saturday afternoon.

The Cyclones’ football game at Missouri on Saturday will be shown live on the Clone Zone (the premium content TV channel on cyclones.com). Kickoff is at 1 p.m. Officials from FOX Sports and the Big 12 approved the live webcast Tuesday.

“It’s another example of how the internet platform continues to emerge as a viable option for fans to watch Cyclone sports,” Director of Athletics Jamie Pollard said. “The Clone Zone is an outlet for us to share content with a world-wide audience and we appreciate the conference and our TV partners giving permission to work with Missouri on providing a feed.”

Iowa State’s season-opening football game vs. Northern Iowa was also available on the Clone Zone and nearly 6,000 fans signed up.

“This is the first-ever conference football game we have been allowed to show on the Clone Zone,” Pollard said. “We had a tremendous response for the season-opening game and anticipate significant viewership numbers considering it’s a road game and available only via our website’s TV channel.”

Fans wishing to order Saturday's game should link to https://www.nmnathletics.com/PremiumVideo.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=10700 and sign up. Clone Zone memberships are available for one month ($8.95), four months ($29.95) or 12 months ($79.95) subscriptions.

“The web platform is a channel we plan to utilize even more in the future to showcase available programming,” Pollard said. “The opportunities are extensive.”
