IHSAA, IGHSAU release track and field postseason sites

The Iowa High School Athletic Association and Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union released the track and field postseason sites for all four classes on Friday.

PCM will be one of the host sites in Class 2A, while Newton will likely go to either ADM, Bondurant-Farrar or Gilbert for its 3A state qualifier.

The other 3A sites are Benton Community, Denison-Schleswig, LeMars, Decorah and Mount Pleasant.

Colfax-Mingo likely goes down the road to PCM for its 2A state qualifier, but the other 2A sites are Cherokee, Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, Grundy Center, Monticello, Osage, Ridge View and Treynor.

The sites in 1A are Audubon, Earlham, Edgewood-Colesburg, Fremont-Mills, Hudson, Lawton-Bronson, Lisbon, Northwood-Kensett, Sigourney and Wayne.
