A Walk to Remember: Oct. 16

A memorial event for the Empty Cradle program at Pella Regional Health Center will begin at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16 at the Scholte Church in Pella Historical Village. Enter at the corner of Franklin Street and East Second Street. Empty Cradle supports and connects families who have lost a baby due to miscarriage, stillbirth or infant death. Family and friends are invited to join the group for a time of remembering these precious babies.

The group provides families with a place to share ideas on coping, exchange resources and find meaningful ways to honor and remember their babies. All parents and families are welcome, no matter where they are in the grief process and no matter how long it has been since the loss.
