Phyllis Stimson

Phyllis Stimson, affectionately known as “Phiz,” passed away on March 21, 2025, and is now with the Lord. Born on September 29, 1942, in Newton, Iowa, to Marvin and Myrtle Pickering, Phiz lived a life filled with family, beloved friends, and always laughter.

Phiz married her beloved husband, Paul Stimson, and they settled in Rocklin, California, where she had resided since 1974. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Paul, as well as her sister, Marilyn Flick, and her brother, Jim Pickering.

Phiz is survived by her nephews, Richard Flick and Jason Flick, who cherished her like a mother, as well as her nephews Jimmy Pickering, Matt Pickering, and Andy Pickering. Her memory will live on through all who knew and loved her.

Per Phiz’s wishes, there will be no formal service or celebration of life. May her sweet soul rest in peace.
