Larry Dale Howard, 95, of Newton, died Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Newton Village. A funeral service will begin at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 1 at St. Luke United Methodist Church. The family will greet friends from 10 a.m. until the time of service. The Wallace Family Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
