Dawn Marie Edlen

Dawn Marie Edlen was born on July 10, 1965, beloved mother of 6 children Kenneth, Austin, Rya, Tony, Max, and Chelsie, joined God on September 30, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard & Elenor Vasquez and loving husband Jim Edlen

Dawn was born in Monroe, MI and passed away in Madrid, IA. Dawn lived her life making others happy. She was kind, sweet and funny and would light up the room with her laughter. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, doing diamond paintings, sitting outside with her dog, talking with friends and family, and watching the birds. She loved country music and football. She was great company and the life of the party at any event. Dawn spent most of her adult life in management. Dawn was a selfless, beautiful soul and spread it as far as she possibly could. She was a two-time cancer survivor, DMACC graduate, and a wonderful mother and grandmother.
