John Arthur Ryan

John Arthur “Art” Ryan, 89, of Newton, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2024, in Des Moines.

Funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 19 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Newton. A livestream of the service will be on the Pence-Reese Facebook page.

The family will greet guests at the church for a time of visitation between 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18.
