John Postma

John Postma, 87, the son of Marten and Johanna (van der Wal) Postma, was born February 11, 1937, in Leeuwarden, Holland, The Netherlands. John passed away Tuesday evening, June 25, 2024, at Wesley Life Park Center, in Newton.

A visitation with the family will be 10 a.m., Monday, July 1, 2024, at the Pence~Reese Funeral Home, in Newton. With a Celebration of Life services at 11 a.m., at the funeral home, and a lunch to follow in the Pence Tribute Center.

A Facebook Broadcast of the Memorial Funeral service for John will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, on the Pence ~ Reese Funeral Home and Cremation Services Facebook page.

The burial will be later in the Newton Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to John’s family or a charity of your choosing.
