Edna Mae Edge

Edna Mae Edge, formerly of Newton, IA, went home to the Lord on April 3, 2022, in East Peoria, IL.

Edna was born in Newton, on January 24, 1934, to Harry and Florence (Nungesser) Ellenwood. 

She is survived by her 3 children, Sandy (Monty) Keller, Paul (Sue) Day, and Kathy (Jeff) Patton, her nine grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. 

Edna was a long-time member of the First Baptist church in Newton.

Visitation will be at 9:30 AM, just prior to the services.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at Pence Reese Funeral Home, followed by a luncheon. A private family graveside service will be held later that day.
