Newton Village receives 2025 Customer Experience Award

Newton Village has received a 2025 Customer Experience Award from Activated Insights, formerly Pinnacle Quality Insight. This recognizes Newton Village’s outstanding performance in multiple categories and solidifies its position in the top echelon of care providers nationwide.

Qualifying for the Customer Experience Award signifies that Newton Village has consistently ranked within the top 15 percent of care providers across the nation over the past 12 months. This achievement underscores their ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to residents and their families.

On behalf of Newton Village, Activated Insights engaged residents and their families in monthly interviews throughout 2024. These conversations included open-ended questions and ratings across various categories. Newton Village used this feedback to drive continuous improvement in their care.
