Northwestern College

ORANGE CITY — Local Northwestern College students Presley Arnold of Newton, Lauryn Garrett of Newton, Mikayla McKnight of Baxter and Kallie Van Kley of Newton, have earned a spot on the academic dean’s list for the fall 2024 semester. The dean’s list is comprised of students who have achieved a semester grade point average of 3.50 or above while carrying a minimum of 12 graded hours.

Upper Iowa University

FAYETTE — Upper Iowa University has announced the dean’s list for the 2024 fall semester. To be honored, a student must have earned a minimum 3.50 grade point average and be enrolled as a full-time student. University of Nebraska-Lincoln

LINCOLN, NE — Nick Pfantz of Mingo, has been named to the deans’ list at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln for the fall semester of the 2024-25 academic year.

Marshalltown Community College

MARSHALLTOWN — Two hundred and sixty-four students were named to the fall 2024 dean’s list at Marshalltown Community College. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must have taken 12 or more credit hours during the semester (a full-time class load) and have earned at least a 3.5 grade point average. Area students include: Grace Glass of Kellogg, with a 4.0 grade point average, Nathan Blair of Newton, with a 4.0 grade point average, Carrie Campbell of Newton and Jaden Norman of Newton.

Ellsworth Community College

IOWA FALLS — Aryssa Hinderberger of Newton, was named to the Fall 2024 (August to December) Dean’s List at Ellsworth Community College. To be eligible for the dean’s list, students must have earned a minimum of 12 credit hours during the semester (a full-time class load) and had at least a 3.5 grade point average for the Fall 2024 semester.

Kirkwood Community College

CEDAR RAPIDS — Kirkwood Community College has released its dean’s list for the fall 2024 semester. These students have achieved a 3.3 grade point average or higher after completing 12 or more credit hours at the college. Kirkwood students from the area earning this distinction are Jared Andrews of Kellogg, Glenesha Smith of Newton and Colton Vos of Sully.
