The Progress Industries Board of Trustees announced the appointment of Keith Isley as the next president and CEO of Progress Industries and P.I. Foundation. Isley brings 23 years of nonprofit leadership experience to the organization, joining the agency from Des Moines-based Hope Ministries, where he served as Chief Operating Officer.
Isley officially assumed his new role on Feb. 3, succeeding Sandy Ham, who previously announced her plans to retire in early 2025. Ham has led Progress Industries as president and CEO since 2016, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of services for individuals with disabilities. To ensure a smooth leadership transition, she will remain with the organization for a period to provide support and guidance.
The search for P.I.’s new CEO was thorough and involved a dedicated search committee, including members of the P.I. Board Executive Committee and P.I. Foundation Trustees. This committee worked diligently to identify and evaluate candidates who possessed the necessary qualifications and embodied P.I.’s values and mission.
For more than 45 years, Progress Industries has been committed to providing the highest quality services for people with disabilities, enabling them to lead independent and choice-driven lives. The P.I. Board of Trustees is confident that Isley will build on this legacy and continue to advance P.I.’s mission for years to come.
