Iowa Speedway to host WHO Radio’s Great Iowa Tractor Ride 2025

28th annual event will be held in Newton racetrack June 15-18

History was made this past weekend as race fans finally got what they had always been asking for: a NASCAR Cup Series race at the Iowa Speedway. A sold out crowd watched the Iowa Corn 350 on June 16 at the Newton-based racetrack, which had previously held the Hy-Vee Perks 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race on June 15 and the Atlas 150 Menards ARCA Series race.

If the Iowa Speedway is hosting WHO Radio’s Great Iowa Tractor Ride this year, does that mean we’ll get to see them race a lap around the track? Well, we can only hope. But, either way, seeing a bunch of tractors gathered at the Newton racetrack still ought to be one heck of a sight.

The 28th annual Great Iowa Tractor Ride will be held June 15-18 at the Iowa Speedway, 3333 Rusty Wallace Dr., the same site where the NASCAR Xfinity Series and Hy-Vee IndyCar Race Weekends have filled the grandstands. Registration is June 15, and the ride itself will be June 16-18.
