FUMC welcomes community to noon services

First United Methodist Church at 210 N. Second Ave. E., invites the community to participate in a time of meditation and reflection on the three Wednesdays (Dec. 4, 11 and 18) prior to Christmas.

These services will begin at 12:15 p.m. in the church chapel. You may also participate in these services via our live-stream link through the FUMC website: newtonfirst.org.

Following each service a free soup/dessert luncheon will be held in the church dining room. These services and luncheons are designed to allow persons to attend during their noon break from work.

If the North Second Avenue East paving project is not completed, the north entrance to the church will be open. Handicapped individuals may access the elevator at the south door by coming down the alley on the east side of the church. The driver will then need to back out of the alley to the north parking lot.
