The Vernon Company hosted its annual national sales meeting on April 9-11 at the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites in Indianapolis, Ind. The three-day event brought together 175 account executives and supplier partners.
The annual meeting included educational sessions, a tradeshow, networking opportunities and an awards banquet. Top AEs were recognized for their stellar sales performance over the past year. Supplier awards honored the Supplier of the Year, Customer Service Reps of the Year and Account Manager of the Year.
“The partnerships that we have with our suppliers is stronger than ever. I love hearing the feedback from them that our team is unique,” Lisa Hubbard, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, said.
The meeting was focused on state-of-the-art technology initiatives and business strategies for the Vernon team to focus on in the current sales year. Presentations from Vernon’s leadership team and technology partners provide an up-to-date outlook for Vernon’s future endeavors.
“Getting our team together in Indy was second to none,” Hubbard said. “We are energized, focused, and we treat people like family. I couldn’t be more excited about where we are heading with the industry-leading technology platform we got to see while everyone was together. The excitement is infectious, and I have no doubt we will have our best year yet.”
