Fundraiser to support NFD

During the month of November, the Newton Fire Department will be partnering with Advantage Credit Union in a fundraising campaign to help purchase smoke alarms and batteries for the NFD. With the holiday season coming around decorations and deep-fried turkeys, now it is a great opportunity to help the Newton Fire Department.

The fundraising campaign hopes to raise $3,000 for the purchase of smoke alarms and batteries. The credit union is accepting donations and will match all donations up to $1,500 in total. Those wishing to make donations can do so at the credit union. Any check donations should be made payable to the Newton Fire Department.
