Southern New Hampshire University

MANCHESTER, NH — Lauren Pendroy of Monroe, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s summer 2023 dean’s list. The summer terms run from May to August. Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 for the reporting term are named to the dean’s list.

Southern New Hampshire University congratulates the following students on being named to the summer 2023 president’s list. Dustin Conn of Newton and Jordan DeGoey of Newton are full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.700 and above for the summer term. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits over each 16-week term or paired 8-week terms grouped in fall, winter/spring and summer.

Luther College

DECORAH — Kael Swarts of Newton, has been named to Luther College Dean’s List for the 2023 spring semester. To be named to the dean’s list, students must earn a semester grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale.

University of Iowa

IOWA CITY — Caleb Vander Molen of Sully, was among the students receiving their degrees from the University of Iowa. Vander Molen was a student in the Graduate Management Programs whose program of study was Professional MBA Program. The degree awarded was a Master of Business Administration.

Buena Vista University

STORM LAKE — Buena Vista University announced students named to the summer 2023 dean’s list. The dean’s list recognizes full-time students achieving a 3.5 grade point average or higher for the semester. Included on the list are: Keiana Lampman of Newton and Nevaeh Stier-Braaksma of Newton.

Mount Mercy University

CEDAR RAPIDS — Kayla Van Dyke of Newton, received her white coat in a ceremony on Sept. 8, marking their acceptance into the nursing program and approval to move on to clinical study.

Buena Vista University

STORM LAKE — Keiana Lampman of Newton and Jenna Beck of Newton, graduated from Buena Vista University in the summer 2023.

Upper Iowa University

FAYETTE — Upper Iowa University is pleased to announce the dean’s list for the summer 2023 semester. To be honored, the undergraduate must have earned a minimum 3.50 grade point average and be enrolled as a full-time student. Among those named to the dean’s list was Danyelle Myers of Prairie City.

Des Moines University

WEST DES MOINES — Patrick Brehm of Mitchellville, and a student in Des Moines University’s Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program, was a participant in the university’s 2023 White Coat Ceremony Sept. 15.
