Bank Iowa recently announced two of its regional team members are set to retire at the end of this year. Together, the two employees contributed a combined total of more than 30 years to serving the Colfax, Fremont, Newton, Pella and Oskaloosa communities.
This month, Bank Iowa is celebrating the accomplishments of the following individuals for their service to the bank:
• Gary Bruett, Newton, Branch Manager, 10 years served
• Sally McCann, Oskaloosa, Retail Banking Supervisor, 23 years served
“On behalf of Bank Iowa’s Oskaloosa region, I want to thank Gary and Sally for their many years of service of our local communities,” Bank Iowa Regional President James Feudner said. “Each one has brought his and her best every day and has made a big impact on the success of the bank. We would not be where we are today without their commitment to Bank Iowa.”
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Oskaloosa region has chosen to celebrate these retirements from a distance. Community members are encouraged to participate in a card shower by sending cards to the Newton and Oskaloosa branches. All cards are recommended to arrive before Dec. 9 for Bruett’s retirement and Dec. 31 for McCann’s retirement.
