Newton woman charged with third-degree sex abuse

A 21-year-old Newton woman is charged with third-degree sexual abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor after admitting to having sex with a 14-year-old male.

Tori Mae-Jean Kaiser was arrested by the Newton Police Department after admitting to having sex twice with the victim as well as providing alcohol and cigarettes to the victim and allowing him to smoke marijuana and use prescription pills at her Newton residence.

Kaiser was allowed by the victim’s father to act as a caretaker, according to a police report. During that time Kaiser allegedly admitted to having sex with the victim at her home on two occasion between January and May. The victim, however, said the two engaged in sex acts at least 15-20 times, according to the police report.

Although she denied ever giving the victim marijuana or illegal prescription medication, she admitted to letting him use those things at her residence. She also allegedly admitted to playing the drinking game “beer pong” with another 13-year-old male.

Kaiser was taken to the Jasper County Jail and is being held on a $2,000 bond.
