Jerrica Umbarger and Tanner Mortenson, both of Newton, announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Jerrica is the daughter of Terry Umbarger and Bill Umbarger of Newton. She graduated from Newton Senior High School in 2005 and the Dental Assisting Program at Des Moines Area Community College in 2007. She is employed by Dr. John Campbell as a registered dental assistant.
Tanner is the son of Terry and Cathy Moss and Calvin Leavens, all of Newton, and the late Edie Mortenson. He graduated from Newton Senior High School in 2005 and is employed by Polar Products in Pleasant Hill.
A wedding is planned for July 17, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church in Newton.
