REASNOR — William R. “Bill” Gallaher, 33, of Reasnor, formerly of Newton, died on Tuesday, Feb. 2, 2010.

A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 6, 2010, at the First United Methodist Church in Newton. The family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2010, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home in Newton. Memorials in Bill’s name may be left at the funeral home or the church the morning of the service.

Those left to honor Bill’s memory are Kristina Gallaher; his 3 daughters, Whitnee, Kimee and Rylee Gallaher; his mom, Deb Gallaher of Grimes; his dad, John K. Gallaher of Des Moines; his maternal grandmother, Emily Griggs of Newton; his paternal grandmother, Eloise Gallaher of Quincy, Ill.; and his uncles, Denny (Barbara) Griggs, David (Jessica) Griggs, Doug (Suzi Kaiser) Griggs, Jeff (Lolli) Gallaher and Brian Gallaher.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, William C. Griggs, and his paternal grandfather, John G. Gallaher.
