Blue Christmas at Maytag Dairy Farm

The Maytag Dairy Farm is a busy place these days, as seasonal help mingle with the full-time employees to fill all the orders for their famous blue cheese. The packaging department is busy wrapping the various sizes of Maytag Blue for shipment, from one ounce to one pound wedges. Four-pound wheels wait to be weighed and boxed for shipment. Maytag Dairy Farm’s CEO Myrna Ver Ploeg believes the mail orders are on track to produce another great year for the cheese makers.
