Ray L. Van Dusseldorp

Ray L. Van Dusseldorp, 54, of Newton, died Friday, Nov. 7, 2008, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.  Memorial services will be today, Monday, Nov. 10, at 3 p.m. at Coburn Funeral Home in Colfax. There will be no visitation.  Memorials may be given to the Ray L. Van Dusseldorp Memorial Fund and online condolences may be left for the family at www.coburnfuneralhomes.com. The son of Keith and Eunice Darlene (Pierce) Van Dusseldorp, Ray was born on March 16, 1954, in Newton. Ray graduated from Colfax High School and worked construction jobs and at the gravel pit in Colfax. Survivors include his siblings, Steven (Cindy) Van Dusseldorp of Colfax, Craig (Barb) Van Dusseldorp of Leesburg, Va., and Randy Van Dusseldorp of Newton. Also surviving are five nieces and nephews, Steve Van Dusseldorp Jr. and Heather Van Dusseldorp, both of Colfax, Michael (Sarah) Van Dusseldorp of Carol Stream, Ill., Kristian Van Dusseldorp and Scott Van Dusseldorp both of Leesburg, Va.; and three great-nieces and nephew, Michaela "Kayla" Van Dusseldorp of Colfax, Anna Van Dusseldorp and Ethan Van Dusseldorp both of Carol Stream, Ill.  Ray was preceded in death by his parents.*
