I served in the Minnesota Senate for 10 years, and was the chair of the Environment and Agriculture Committee.
I currently am the Regional Coordinator for the National Caucus of Environmental Legislators. We are a nonprofit organization comprised of legislators who work closely across state lines and party lines to support policies that enhance green energy and jobs and conservation.
I have had the privilege of working with one of Iowa’s leaders in this area, Rep. Dan Kelley. He is capable and caring and works diligently to serve the people in his community.
He has impressed his bi-partisan colleagues with his commitment to green energy jobs. I certainly hope the voters of Jasper County return Dan Kelley to continue to provide leadership for Iowa and the entire Midwest.
