Christian Russell Clark, 4 days, of Maxwell, died Monday, Oct. 6, 2014, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Wallace Family Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will greet friends from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service. Memorials to Christian’s family may be left at the funeral home.
Christian, the son of Ben and Nicole (Tuinstra) Clark was born on Oct. 2, 2014, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
He is survived by his parents; maternal grandparents, Darla (Gary) Claseman of Newton; paternal grandparents, Rusty (Debbie) Clark of Chariton; maternal great-grandparents, Don Tuinstra of Prairie City and Fran Nugteren of Clive; and paternal great-grandparents, Regina McDonald of Chariton and Marie Clark of Williamson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Daniel Tuinstra.
