Golf Course

The library is giving out two free nine-hole passes (with a cart rental) to Westwood Golf Course. Stop into the library, check out a book from our golf display or from the circulation desk and fill out the form enclosed in the book. Each book equals one entry. Enjoy a game of golf on us! Winners will be notified on Aug. 15.

Resume Workshops

The library is partnering with Goodwill Career Connections to offer resume workshops at the library. Participants will create a resume and learn how to make their resumes look professional. Register for workshops from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday and from noon to 2 p.m. Aug. 21 and 26 in the library meeting room. Register by calling the information desk at (641) 792-4108.
