Howard Noel and Mindi Kelso of Newton announce the birth of their son, Parker Shannon Noel, on July 17, 2014, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
His siblings are Kyleigh Kelso, 12; Kaitlyn Noel, 11; Kaden Kelso, 9; and Emma Noel, 8.
Grandparents are Rick and Kathy Pittman of Newton, Richard Noel of Des Moines and Marsha Noel of Kellerton.
His great-grandfather is Ted Ricker of Mt. Ayr.
