• Martin R. Waddle, 47, of Kellogg was charged with driving while license barred after authorities stopped him at 6:59 p.m. April 25 in the 700 block of First Avenue East after authorities ran his license plate and determined the plate was registered to another vehicle. He was transported to the Jasper County Jail.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
