Bethel University

Several area students have been named to the dean’s list for academic excellence for the fall 2013 semester at Bethel University, St. Paul, Minn., including Newton residents Matthew Stock, Kallen Shipley, Michelle Rabedeaux and Cindy Rabedeaux and Brooke Charleston of Runnells. 

The dean’s list honors students who achieve an outstanding scholastic record during a semester with a grade point average of 3.6 or greater.

University of Wisconsin-Platteville

Drew Lyons of Monroe has earned University of Wisconsin-Platteville dean’s list honors for the fall 2013 semester.

AIB College of Business

Benjamin Schwartz of Newton has been recognized as an Outstanding Business Administration Student by the faculty at AIB College of Business.

To receive the honor, students are required to attain a grade point average of 3.75 or higher in the previous term.

Saint Joseph’s College of Maine

Terence Cullen of Sully was named to the Dean’s List at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine for the fall semester.

To be eligible for the dean’s list, a student must attain an average of 3.5 or better.
