Sandra K. (Willemsen) Van Weelden, 69, of Otley died Sunday morning, Jan. 12, 2014, at her residence near Monroe.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, at the Faith Christian Reformed Church in Pella. Interment will be made at the Silent City Cemetery in Monroe.
Visitation will begin Wednesday afternoon at the Faith Christian Reformed Church, where the family will be present from 4 to 7 p.m.
