Kristina Marie Price, 45, of Denver, Colo., died at her home Aug. 16, 2013.

Kristina was born Feb. 15, 1968, in Burlington, the daughter of James Robert “Bob” and Doris Hoel Price. She was a graduate of Sandia High School in Albuquerque, N.M. and received her BA at the University of Denver. She was a level 3 human relations manager in Denver and of the Christian faith. She enjoyed canoeing and ziplining, collecting teddy bears, and her nieces, Tess and Ella. She was a member of Job’s Daughters.

She is survived by her father and her step-mother, Janice of Newton; two brothers, Charles (Grace) Price of Little Rock, Ark., and Scott (Paula) Price of Brooklyn, N.Y.; aunts, uncles and nieces. She was preceded in death by her mother; grandparents; and one niece.

A graveside memorial service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28 in Burge Cemetery. Those wishing to proceed in the procession should meet at Elliott Chapel, New London by 1:45 p.m. A light luncheon will be served at Elliott Chapel immediately following the service. A memorial has been established.
