Jasper County steps up for tornado victims

The organizations have been collecting item for two weeks and have amassed 400 3-Ring binders, more than 60 back packs, ream upon reams of paper, crayons, tooth paste and tooth brushes, water bottles, markers and various other supplies.

Padget wanted to thank Hanson Directory, Vernon Company, Marsh and the various individual donors.

“Jasper County really cares and comes together,” Padget said. “When you ask, people will show up.”
