Newton Chamber to host non-profit networking lunch

The Greater Newton Area Chamber of Commerce will host a non-profit networking lunch on Friday, April 19 at 11:145 a.m. at the Pence-Reese Tribute Center in Newton.

Join other local non-profit leaders in sharing resources, ideas, challenges and successes at the lunch. Highlights will includes a discussion of issues that challenge non-profits and an idea exchange for sharing resources and best practices. In addition, Daily News editor Bob Eschliman will present “How to Get Your Non-Profit in the Newspaper.”

All Newton-area non-profits are welcome! Bring business cards and be prepared to expand your network of relationships and resources.

Hosts for the luncheon are Rita Baker of Big Brother Big Sisters of Central Iowa and Linda Klepinger of the Centre for Arts and Artists.
