Newton basketball schedules Coaches vs. Cancer night
The Newton boys and girls basketball teams will be hosting a Coaches vs. Cancer Night on Jan. 18 in the Cardinals’ games against Norwalk.
Coaches vs. Cancer is a national program involving the American Cancer Society and National Association of Basketball Coaches that uses basketball as a means of raising awareness and funds for the fight against cancer.
The girls’ game is scheduled to begin at 6:15, while the boys are scheduled for 7:30.
