Shannen Vansice and Robert Rupe of Baxter announce the birth of their daughter, Sephirra Marie Rupe, on Nov. 30, 2012, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.

Sephirra is welcomed home by sibling Rayven, 21⁄2.

Grandparents are Billie Vansice, Rod Rupe and Mark Vansice, all of Baxter, and Thelma Chudomelka of Nebraska.

Great-grandparents are Patsy Monohan of Nevada and Mike Rupe Sr. of Des Moines.
