Lacie and Jeremy Gragg of Newton announce the birth of their daughter, Rayna LeeAnn Gragg, on Nov. 16, 2012, at Skiff Medical Center in Newton.
Rayna is welcomed home by sibling Kaiya Marie Gragg, 3.
