The Newton YMCA is hosting a new racquetball tournament heading into the holiday season.

The Jingle Bell Racquetball Tournament will be Dec. 14-16. Matches will begin Friday at 6 p.m. and continue throughout the weekend. There will be four divisions: A, B, C and D. The format will be a blind draw single elimination format. All players will be guaranteed two matches. The cost is $12 for Y members and $24 for non-members. The registration deadline is Dec. 7.

In addition to the tournament, competitors will have the chance to participate in a serving accuracy contest at noon on Dec. 15. The winner will receive a 10-pound turkey. For full details contact Scott Taylor, Y sports director, at scott.taylor@newtonymca.org or call at  (641) 792-4006 .
