Landon K. Cozad

Landon Kenneth Cozad was born Feb. 19, 1919, in Newton, Iowa, and died Nov. 3, 2012, in San Diego, Calif.

He attended Newton public schools. He served in World War II as an Air Force pilot. He also was owner and operator of dry-cleaning plant in Newton from 1948 to 1961. In San Diego, he operated his own medical management company from 1962 to 1981.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Conwell; his son, William David; his mother and father, Eva and John; his brother, Cleland; and his sisters, Lula Adams and Beulah Porter.
